Who We Are
Blazestone Capital Holdings LLC is a commercial finance broker for real estate investors and business owners. We are not a lender. We look at your project, find the lenders whose questions it can answer, and tell you the truth, including "not yet." We work 100% remotely, in English and Spanish, with clients across the U.S.
Our Story
Blazestone was founded by Orlando De Los Santos. He grew up in the barrio of Herrera, in the Dominican Republic, where opportunity wasn't something that came to you. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, earned a B.S. in Business Management and an M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and lives on Long Island, NY. He built Blazestone for investors and families like his own, who came here without a map for any of this. We're still building, and we'll tell you the truth along the way.
Why We're Different
Most brokers talk about rates and terms. We also look at whether you're ready for them. Orlando's background in I/O psychology means we pay attention to the people, processes, and paperwork behind the numbers. If your file isn't ready, we'll tell you what's missing before a lender does.
